What the Weekend Certification Looks Like

A clear, detailed overview of what you will experience during our Weekend Train-the-Trainer Certification.

Our Weekend Certification is a comprehensive 3-day program (36 hours of instruction) typically delivered across two focused weekends in an extended-day format. Here is exactly what to expect.

Weekend 1 — Content Mastery (2 Days, In-Person or Virtual)

Days run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will learn the complete Time to Teach® classroom management system — every strategy, every technique, and the research behind each one. You will experience the program as a participant before you deliver it as a trainer.

  • Full immersion in all five core components
  • Deep dive into proactive classroom management strategies
  • Practice sessions and peer feedback
  • Access to all training materials, manuals, and resources

Weekend 2 — High-Impact Facilitation (1 Day, Always Virtual)

Focused entirely on your delivery skills. You will learn how to present the material with confidence, energy, and the professional polish that schools expect from a nationally certified trainer.

  • Facilitation techniques for large-group professional development
  • Audience engagement and energy management
  • Handling difficult questions and challenging participants
  • Business development and school outreach strategies

What Is Included

Important Notes

Training group sizes are deliberately kept small. We want to give every participant one-on-one time with our staff and answer all questions thoroughly. Do not miss out — please register early by submitting your application today.
